i love status quo...

well. fac cip is less fun this year... i mean profiling work is like not very interesting... and the cause for doing the profiling just makes it worst. had a brief painting session after profiling yesterday.... really miss last yr's fac cip. where we met the people who really really needed help. (except the house we went too was quite okay financially it seemed) well. but comparatively the people there were less financially well to do as comapred to people in this estate. and it only leads us to see the ugly side of many singaporeans... yeappps. (shall not elaborate)


anyways... left early today cos profiling ended early. supposed to watch benjamin button... but didn't. haha =) wells. so i came home to check my email which i haven't for so many days... because my comp spoilt yesterday(we couldn't turn it on) and my dad tried to repair it last night till 1am. ah wells. so now can use le... really glad.


i actually wanted to blog bout friday... cos i suppose it was way more eventful... haha. had the interview thing... well then it was the brief OCIP presentation and despite watching the video like many times already, watching it again on the big screen with everyone else was really... (hmmms whats the word for it?) ah wells. and yiling and i were like oh remember this remember that... yeah. and erm. aileen kinda embarrased herself by suddenly talking bout Raj Kumar(that cool guy) but i guess the J1s didn't really notice luh. haha. yeah. and i really miss that place. and the kids and the scenery... oh and this morning i saw this picture in the papers which really resembled the classroom i was in except that the blackboard was way lower. yeah and upon reading the fine print i realised that it was also nepal. so hmmms. maybe it was in that school luh. and i miss Mangal... (the smart guy in my class who acted as my interpreter and helper but who was kinda playful luh. haha)


haha. and enough of reminiscing... POP was arnd 6 luh. so well since i was still in sch i went to watch the fac dance. Artemis was obviously not high and not good this year... yeah... and apollo was kinda the obvious winner which put an end to ares's winning streak i guess. but well. ares was not bad though not as high as last year and their lightsticks idea was good but quite failed since it wasn't dark at all. yeah. and athena was way better this year though from the top i guess it would have looked better without the white jacket since not everyone had them on.


anyways YL is approaching and so is blocks... think i should start mugging. yuppps. and hopefully i'll be able to be a good GI (supportive and maybe impartial i guess) yuppps. hi five py! jaiyou! haha. and i'll shall go buy fac shirt tmr! in celebration of the shawnees spirit i guess. should i then go get an apollo shirt? maybe not. haha.


had an interesting convo on the way home yeasterday... though i did most of the talking i presume. haha. but i suppose its insightful enough =) get an understanding of stuff from another perspective. yeah. but it had made no difference. i stand my ground.
